Rimage Professional 5410N Overview

The compact design of the 5410N makes it ideal for any office or
workplace. The embedded control center allows the 5410N to be setup as
a networked device and used by a large number of operators. Full color
CD, DVD, and Blu-ray Discs™ are fast and easy to create. The
integrated, state-of-the-art Rimage Everest™ thermal retransfer printer
permanently fuses waterproof, scratchproof, photo-realistic images to
the surface of the disc. It’s faster and has a lower cost-per-disc than
inkjet printers.

Recording Options

Two front-swappable recorders configurable for CD, DVD, or Blu-ray Disc
recording.

Printing Options

An integrated Everest™ 400 printer provides full-color or monochrome
printing.

 

Embedded Control Center

The 5410N includes an
embedded control center so it can be configured as a network device and
accessible by one user, one workgroup, or the entire organization.
There is no need for a keyboard, monitor, or mouse.

Rimage 5410N Software

Each Rimage system includes a full set of software to:

  • Create unique artwork for each disc
  • Submit new or saved jobs for printing and recording
  • Control system operation
  • Monitor production of one or a number of Rimage systems
  • Create custom applications

CD Designer

CD Designer provides users the ability to create, import, and customize
graphics to be printed on your disc surface. (PC only)

Features include:

  • Simple drag-and-drop operation
  • Add graphics, text, objects, and photos from almost any source
  • Supports mail merge options from external data files
  • Includes examples and templates

QuickDisc and DiscFlow

QuickDisc(Windows®) and DiscFlow(Maci®) allow operators to assemble and
submit projects to their Rimage system.

Features include:

  • Simple drag-and-drop operation
  • Supports CD, DVD, and Blu-ray Disc™ printing and recording
  • Prepare, submit, schedule and monitor job status
  • Save projects for use in the future
  • WebRSM – Submit jobs from any networked computer with a web
    browser.

Production Server

Production Server enables asynchronous control of recording, printing
and robotic movements, plus the staging of projects.

Additional Features:

    • Includes a log file to monitor jobs in process, pending jobs,
      completed jobs, and canceled jobs.
    • Enables the bulk read feature which allows multiple discs to read
      and be saved automatically.
    • Allows job streaming of projects for increased throughput.

Web System Manager (WebRSM)

WebRSM provides access to all Rimage systems on the network, allowing
one operator to control multiple Rimage systems from anywhere on the
network.

Software Developer Kit (SDK)

The Rimage Software Developer Kit includes the APIs (Application
Programming Interface) and information needed to create custom
applications and control any Rimage system. The Rimage SDK is the most
robust SDK in its class. It provides a Rapid API and Web Services to
develop any application easily.

On-site and Assisted Rapid Exchange agreements include:

      • The most direct access to our technical call center, providing
        the highest live answer rate and quickest support delivery.
      • In-depth internet diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve
        many questions over the phone or pinpoint field service requirements.
      • Field Engineers arriving within 4 hours (7/24/4 hour
        agreements), Next Business Day (Assisted Rapid Exchange agreements) or
        Second Business day (48 hour agreements).
      • Software updates providing the latest Software Features.
      • All labor, travel expenses, and Factory Certified replacement
        parts (excluding consumables).
      • “No Cost” parts returns. Replacement Autoloaders, printer, or
        any parts used on-site arrive with pre-paid return shipment labels.

      • Preventative Maintenance, reducing problems before they arise.

Rapid Exchange agreements include:

      • Same Day shipment of replacement Autoloaders or Printers,
        ordered before 3 PM CT.

      • Next Day Exchange Equipment freight, repair labor, and all
        parts expense (excluding consumables). Customer pays ground freight on
        returning system.
      • Factory Certified, inspected, and quality tested replacement

      • 24 hour a day telephone support, 365 days a year.
      • Same day email/online support.
      • Due to customer installed software and internal components, the
        Rimage Control Center will be repaired at the Rimage factory as an
        expedited repair.

Software Maintenance agreements include:

        features and enhancements and detailed installation instructions.
      • Detailed overview and notification of service pack releases
        available as an internet download.
      • Direct access to our technical call center providing online
